一 · Rulith Cloud（控制台）
使用条件与责任边界
- 预览期。Rulith Cloud 目前处于预览阶段，按“现状”提供，不附任何形式的保证； 服务可用性、接口与数据结构可能变更，重大变更我们会提前告知。
- 你的账户与凭证。你对自己账户下发出的客户端凭证负责。凭证泄露请立刻在控制台撤销， 并写信到 support@rulith.com。
- 你的内容归你。你写进板的材料、规则与结论是你的内容。我们只在提供服务所必需的范围内处理它们， 不用于训练模型，不出售、不共享。
- 约束的适用范围。Rulith 的推导与闸门只作用于经 Rulith 动作出口的行为。 智能体绕开本系统自行调用的外部工具，我们约束不到—— 这一点写在首页「射程：闸门管到哪儿」里，也写在这里。
- 不宣称的事。我们不宣称消灭幻觉、不宣称绝对安全、不宣称全自动无人化。 本服务不替代你自己的合规、审计与人工判断；高责任场景请保留人工复核环节。
- 合理使用。请勿滥用接口（速率限制适用），请勿用本服务从事违法活动或规避他人系统的安全措施。 商用与规模化用途需另行签约。
- 模型费用。你的智能体客户端调用大模型产生的费用，由你与你的模型提供方结算，与我们无关。
- 终止。你可以随时在控制台删除账户；删除后的数据处理见 隐私政策。
适用法律与争议。本条款适用中华人民共和国法律；争议由上海规据科技有限公司所在地有管辖权的法院管辖。 主体信息（统一社会信用代码、成立日期、备案状态）照实公示在关于页。
二 · RULITH EARTH

- RULITH EARTH is an informational visualisation of public data channels. It is not a safety-of-life service: do not rely on it for emergency response, aviation, navigation or any decision where delayed or missing data could cause harm. Always follow official warnings from your local authorities.
- Data is shown with its source channel and age. Upstream channels may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable; we surface that honestly rather than hiding it.
- The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, during the beta period.
- Do not abuse the public API (rate limits apply; commercial use requires a separate agreement).
- Ask Earth uses an LLM API key that you provide; usage fees are between you and your model provider. Answers are AI-generated from channel data and may contain mistakes — verify anything important against the cited channels.
